mm mm!! the chorus of what needs to be changed has been sung over & over for so long but has been falling on deaf ears. In my opinion, now I think they shouldnt change the christafari (FAQ), they should leave for everyone to see until one day when the ultimate truth comes out clear the the open, we will see whos who with reality & reliable evidence, & who are the underground fake false hypocrazy teachers

Humility. I like that !!

I can't speak for "warthog", but every time a Rasta, a wannabee Rasta or another "dissident" expresses his disagreement in a certain emotional way, there will allways be people pointing out to the fact that critique isn't "peacefull"or "humble" or whatever.

So if someone comes to you, looking like you, dressed like you, talking like you, walking like you, only to show you how wrong and sinfull you are, I wouldn't be suprised if you would have an emotion towards that.

That is true, i understand your point in that way. Is that what he means by hypocrates and people pretending? If that is what he meant than I greatly misunderstood the man!!

Ofcourse, that's the whole issue!

Why else do you think that certain informed and engaged people are so stressing the fact the lozfaq has to be changed? Because they know the results!

because it is the written words of christafari which is used as the foundation for the stance which i descibed in my previous posting in the second paragraph.

I and I have to deal with that issue many times.

Not only when people write to me, using the lozfaq as the bible to show me I am a false teacher because I do not wish to follow the political correct line.

Not only when people write to me, hurt and confused because they had a confrontation with a "christafarian" and now they do no longer know if they are saved.

Not only when people come and confuse me with christafari.

Not only when the christian mainstream press releases another abominable interview or article about chrtistafari in which rastafari is even portrayed worse the in the lozfaq. Just some articles: One describes Christafari laughing over the death of Bob Marley, another one quotes Mark Mohr speaking about his years "in Rastafari" but it is only about violence hard drugs and immorality. Everytime I write to Mark Mohr and the press they take some stuff back or whatever, but only after I point out to it.

Not only when Mark Mohr claims to have heard from JAH to start the first Christian Reggae Band, where it is documented that there were Christian Reggae Bands before Christafari and when Mark Mohr is confronted with that he changed the words that Jah supposedly spoke to him into creating the first AMERICAN Christian reggaer band.

Not only when in the forum right here you can see a perfect illustration of what is also hapenning offline whenb "christafarians"are having contact with "rastafarians".

MD, I invite you to join in the "defining Rastafari" thread. There has only been one Rasta contribution toward a definition so far, by aaronjudah. I don't think you identify yourself as a Rasta, but your obvious concern on their behalf makes me think you should probably contribute toward a more accurate definition of Rasta beliefs & practices.

If you know other Rastas here, please ask them to contribute. If there are other Rastas reading this thread, please contribute to the "defining Rastafari" thread. This is an important opportunity for you to speak for yourselves.

Christians, go to that thread and read the items that have been posted. Feel free to ask non-accusatory, non-argumentative questions. This is your opportunity to have Rastas show you a true picture of their own beliefs.

Please read the suggested guidelines when you enter the thread. I think they will help to keep the conversation civil and the submissions helpful.

Oremus

YOUR right you misunderstood me, we have suffered so long worldwide even till now especially under the roman church which has a history of breaking up & escaping blame & reality. So long havey been ganging up in religions harming the rastas & denying responsibility of blame religious-wise !!!

"GEDAMAWE" BLESS!!
