Here is a link with some very interesting information concerning RasTa beliefs. There is a major misconception concerning RasTafari and its biblical understanding. This is a very good link to a article written by Karl Philpotts Naphtali. He is also the author of The Testimony of HIM, Defender of the Faith. It is a very good book that expresses a very interesting view of the Messiah and how biblical teachings are conceived in certain RasTafari circles.

I read some of it, it is pretty interesting. Though I think I would have to talk to someone to understand what is meant by some of the things. I just am not sure what exactly they mean, if they mean what I think, or something that I have missed.
